Day 1: Yangon Arrival
Welcome to Myanmar! A guide of Myanmar Travel will await you at the International Yangon Airport and escort to your hotel in the city center.
Spend the rest of day exploring Yangon and its highlights from Sule Pagoda in the heart of Yangon city to Chaukhtayi Pagoda. Continue to Bogyoke Market, formerly known as Scott’s Market, to browse through the dozens of stalls and shops. This is Yangon’s best market for handicrafts and other goods.
From here, continue to Shwedagon Pagoda the most revered Buddhist temple in Myanmar. Enjoy breathtaking views of the golden stupa from this vantage point.
Your highlight for this evening is a dinner in Karaweik Palace, overlooking to the Royal Lake and Shwedagon Tower. Dinner will consist of fine Burmese food and an amazing cultural show.

Day 2: Yangon – Fly to Bagan
Today, take a morning flight to Bagan. Bagan is Myanmar’s archaeological wonderland, where over 2,000 ancient temples blossom from the countryside.
Upon arrival, start your tour from the bustling Nyaung U Market in Old Bagan then explore the beautiful, gold leaf Shwezigon Pagoda and learn about Burmese Buddhist traditions. Continue your tour with a visit to Ananda Temple, stopping along the way on the Bagan plains to admire some of the surrounding temples. In the afternoon, take a tour of a local lacquer ware workshop and learn how this traditional piece of art is made.
Enjoy a short cruise along the Irrawaddy River at sunset.

Day 3: Bagan Sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy an exotic horse cart ride to one of the biggest temples in Bagan: Nan Paya Pagoda and many other interesting sites nearby. Continue with sightseeing to Minkaba Gubyaukyi Temple, take note of the architectural difference in MyaZedi Pagoda before heading to Manuha Temple. The highlight of today is the panoramic sunset view from a top of one pagoda

Day 4: Bagan – Mandalay – Amarapura – Sagaing Hill
This morning, take a short flight to Mandalay. Known as the hub of Buddhism, Mandalay is a realm of stupas, monks and monasteries. The most fascinating and intriguing part of the day will be the time studying the monks during their worship and meals.
We first drive to Amarapura. Famous for Mahagandaryone Monastery, Amarapura is the best place to experience the way of life for monks in Mandalay.
Continue to Sagaing Hill, beholding the panoramic view of Mandalay. Discover the numerous Buddhist monasteries; visit Buddha Cave, Uminthonze Pagoda and Sunooponnyashin Pagoda.
End of the day, walk over Ubein Wooden Bridge, the longest teakwood of its type and enjoy great sunset view over the bridge.

Day 5: Mandalay – Mingun – Mandalay city – Yangon
After breakfast, drive to Mandalay pier to embark on a private boat upstream to visit Mingun, famed for its huge and incomplete Pahtodawgyi Pagoda and Mingun Bell, the 90-ton ringing bell (second largest in the world).
In the afternoon, visit Shwenandaw Monastery - noted for its exquisite woodcarvings and gold leaf beating workshop, Kuthodaw Pagoda - known as the world’s biggest book and get transferred to the airport for evening flight to Yangon.
