Having breakfast at hotel. Today, we walk to the Pang Oo village which is outside of Mindat. Visit Chins people and get acquainted with their tradition and lifestyle. In this village, an elder man is specialized in reading the future in a particular way. He heats up bamboo sticks and holds them on emptied eggs and through the appearing cracks he reads the future. That’s sound very funny. We back to Mindat for lunch.
In the afternoon, visit another nice and very photogenic village, Ng’Nam Thai.

In the morning drive to the upper base from where we start to trek the summit of the Mount Victoria through the National park. The footpath is a little steep but the reward is the fantastic view once you come out of the forest and reach the altitude where the Rhododendrons are in full bloom. Picnic lunch served on the way.
In the afternoon, return to upper camp and continue to drive down to old town of Kanpetlet. During the British occupancy the village of Kanpetlet was located here whereas later the villagers moved to lower levels because of the temperature.
      Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
      Accommodation: Hotel in Kanpetlet

    4. Day 4: Kanpetlet (about 3 hours trekking)

After breakfast, let’s explore the Chin villages around Kanpetlet. We will acquaint and talk with some ethnic people at some tribes such as: Ngara, Yin Du, Dai, Okpu, Magan, Mwyn. Most of them speak different dialects and have different costumes.
The women, mostly elderly ones, also we spotted a few young girls, have tattooed faces with very different patterns. There are 5 different ways of putting the tattoos on: dots, spider, lines, curls, almost black.
We continue walking around the village about 1,5 hours. The Chins are mostly Christians with a variety of all beliefs from Methodists to Catholics. In each village we will see houses decorated with buffalo corns. These are from animals called Mithan a cross between a domestic cow and a wild Gaur. Each time such an animal is slaughtered a kind of wooden pillar decorated with all sort of ornaments is erected in front of the house. In addition, a stone table which is also used as cover for urns is placed nearby. Picnic lunch served on the way. Have dinner at local restaurant or at hotel.

Arrive in Bagan in the late afternoon then transfer to hotel or the airport for your departure flight.
