    1. Day 1: Yangon Arrival.

      ingalabar - Welcome to Myanmar!
      Upon arrival at Yangon International airport, our guide and driver will welcome you at the airport and transfer to your hotel (check in time is at 14:00, early check in is subject to availability).
      After refreshment, embark on an orientation walk to Chinese Town, covering exotic streets of Yangon downtown and British Colonial building as Emmanuel Church, Inland Water Buildings.
      Late afternoon, visit Shwedagon pagoda – the most prominent monument in Yangon which dominates the sky with golden flash, giant spires and holy relics.

    2. Day 2: Yangon - Drive to Pyay.

      After breakfast drive to Pyay, is located 285 km north-west of Yangon which can be reached in about 5 hours. Afternoon sightseeing with Shwesandaw Pagoda, the Srikshetra, an old capital of Pyu Kingdom and Hmawza archaeological Museum. Late afternoon drive to the bank of Ayerwaddy river for sunset and panoramic view. Overnight in Pyay.

    3. Day 3: Pyay - Drive to Bagan.

      After breakfast drive to Bagan, 399 km far from Pyay. Upon arrival Bagan check in hotel and overnight.

    4. Day 4: Explore Bagan Temples.

      Spend the whole day exploring Bagan where over 3,000 ancient temples blossom from the countryside.
      Start our sightseeing today with the visit to lively & colorful market of Naung U. Our first temple visit is to Shwezigon Pagoda, which is believed to enshrine a bone and tooth of Gautama Buddha. Continue to Htilominlo Temple, Ananda Temple, housing four standing Buddha and then to Sulamani Temple.
      This afternoon, enjoy the exotic horse cart to one of the biggest temple in Bagan: Nan Paya pagoda and many other interesting sites nearby. The highlight of today is the panoramic sunset view over Bagan.

    5. Day 5: Bagan - Mt. Popa day return.

      Leaving the Bagan temples behind, you begin the drive to Mt Popa. When you arrive, join the pilgrims to ascend Mt. Popa and admire the crazy statues that line the walkway, along with the monkeys which live on the mountain. Once at the peak, you can relax and bask in the glorious views of Bagan.

    6. Day 6: Bagan - Pakkoku - Monywa.

      In the morning, leave Bagan for Monywa. You first drive to Pakokku, visit its genuine indigenous regional open-air market with a vast array of things for sale including local's snacks, fresh vegetables, ingredient, textiles, handy crafts, etc. Proceed to Monywa, a tranquil town by the Chinwin River about six hours from Bagan. Upon arrival, visit the lacquer ware village of Kyaukka and Shweguni Pagoda, the most important pilgrimage sites in upper Myanmar. Check in your hotel and rest of the day is free to explore on your own.

    7. Day 7: Monywa - Po Win Daung - Mandalay.

      A wonderful day is planned beginning by crossing the Chindwin River to Po Win Daung. This extraordinary complex consists of 947 sandstone caves dug out of the hills and contains what is considered by archaeologists to be the richest collection of mural paintings and Buddhist statues in South-East Asia. Recently opened to foreigners, Po Win Daung with its unique, precious frescoes, some dating from the early 17th century, is a must to see for anyone with an interest in Buddhist Arts. A few hundred metres from the caves is Shwe Ba Daung, another very interesting site where monasteries and temples are carved out of narrow cliffs.
      After lunch, leave Monywa for Mandalay. On the way, visit Thanboddhay Pagoda, where more than 500,000 Buddha images cover every wall and archway of this huge Buddhist temple. Also visit Bodihtataung Pagoda and the largest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar, 100m long and 27m high.

    8. Day 8: Mingun - Mandalay city – Sagaing

      Drive to Mandalay pier, embarking on a private boat upstream to visit Mingun, famed for its huge and incomplete Pahtodawgyi Pagoda, Mingun Bell the 90 tons ringing bell and the white temple Hsinbyume.
      In the afternoon, visit Shwenandaw Monastery – noted for its exquisite wood carvings, Kuthodaw Pagoda – known as the world’s biggest book. Continue the trip to Sagaing. Here, you will discover the monk education, visit Budda Cave, Uminthonze Pagoda, Sunooponnyashin Pagoda and enjoy the panoramic view of Mandalay.

    9. Day 9: Mandalay - Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo).

      Depart this morning from Mandalay on a scenic two-hour drive to the former British hill station of Maymyo, now officially called Pyin Oo Lwin. The town is located on a plateau 1000m above sea level and renowned for its cooler temperatures and lush foliage. Many reminders of the colonial era are still present in Pyin Oo Lwin, including brick and timber houses with British names and the Botanical Gardens to the south of town. Visit the local market in the center of the town near the clock tower where colorful array of items are for sale including locally-produced jams and fruit wines. This afternoon, enjoy a traditional horse and carriage ride through the town to see the historical houses including Candacraig, built in 1905. Your horse and carriage will drop you off at the 175-hectare Botanical Gardens where you can take a relaxing walk through the beautifully-landscaped gardens.

    10. Day 10: Pyin U Lwin - Train to Gokteik - Kyauk Me - Hsipaw.

      Today you will take the 8:34am morning train to Pyin U Lwin – Gokteik – Kyauk Me. This train used to be an infamous black-market train transporting goods to and from China. As you travel past pretty hills and scenery the train will also cross the famous 700 meter long Gokteik Bridge, built in 1900 by the American Pennsylvania Steel Co. The impressive height from the bridge to the bottom of the valley is nearly 300 meters. After crossing the bridge the train will stop at a small station and you will get the chance to have a better look at the bridge. The train continues to Hsipaw where you will meet our representative and get transferred by Tok Tok to your hotel. Check in hotel there and free for the rest of the day.

    11. Day 11: Waterfall & Shan Village.

      After breakfast, start and trek with our guide, visiting the Shan- noodle factory. And then we will trek across the farm land, enjoy the panoramic view and beauty farm land, walking through the (vegetable, rice farm, seasonal crops Etc;). Furthermore, the guide will lead you to visit the heritage hill of Shan King tom (Cemetery), Shan monastery and nunnery. It has the nice view of Hsipaw landscape and the scenery of villages. Then we will hire the Tuk Tuk (3 wheels bike) drive for 15 mins for your Lunch at Shan family home shop. After lunch, our guide will show you the famous Buddhist, mirror-art temple (called Borgyo Paya) which quite historical and spectacular. After the visit of Bogyo Paya, guide will lead you to waterfall and back to visit different Shan villages, enjoy their agriculture farm and the gardens. Continue back to the town and enjoy and rest on your own leisure time. Total 5 or 6 hours.

    12. Day 12: Hsipaw - River trip & trekking.

      Take a one-hour boat ride upstream for nice scenery with the mountains, valleys, and fruit plantations along the River Dokehtawaddy. Along the way you will take a 45-minute trekking trip and head up the hill through fruit plantations of pineapple, papaya and oranges to visit the 150-year-old Tai (SHAN) Monastery. On the way back of boat, visit a SHAN village that has typical houses with small charming gardens. Swimming is also available upon your request.

    13. Day 13: Hsipaw - Mandalay. Amarapura.

      Today you leave Hsipaw for Mandalay. After 6-hour driving, you will be back in city.
      End of the day, walk over Ubein Wooden Bridge, is believed to be the longest and oldest teak wood bridge in the world.

    14. Day 14: Mandalay - Drive to Pindaya - Inle Lake.

      After breakfast, leave Mandalay via coach, for Pindaya. You take a nice drive through the picturesque countryside of the Shan State. This mountainous area is famous for its cave which is full of more than 8,000 Buddha images. Along the way, you visit the local handicraft workshops of Shan mulberry paper and traditional umbrellas. Later in the afternoon, you travel further into Shan state. Enjoy the breathtaking drive to Nyaung Shwe town, then embark a long boat to your resort in Inle lake.

    15. Day 15: Five days market – Inle Lake discovery

      This morning, you will visit the 5-day market which is hold in different villages surround the lake. This is definitely a fascinating place to enjoy the scene of local tribes in their colorful clothes and exotic market atmosphere. The boat will then take you to beautiful temple of Indein, located on the hill overlooking the lake. It will be definitely relaxing to walk along the corridor and enjoy the giant columns which have been left to the nature for centuries.
      Continue the trip to the ancient Shwe Yan Pyay monastery, an interesting teak monastery famous for its oval windows and richly decorated mosaics walls before boarding the boat to explore Inle Lake.
      Our sightseeing tour start with Phaungdawoo Pagoda, famed for its richly gilded five small Buddha images, also is believed the holiest in Inle Lake. Our next visit is Ngaphechaung monastery, known as jumping cat pagoda. As you travel further to Nam Pan village; cotton and lotus weaving factory, cigar making houses will impress you with a sense of traditional Intha life.

    16. Day 16: Inle Lake free. Fly to Yangon.

      Today is your own leisure then you take the afternoon flight, leave Heho for Yangon.
      Upon arrival, you are welcomed by our driver, head to hotel, check in and relax.

    17. Day 17: Yangon departure.

      You are free at leisure until getting transferred to the airport for departure flight. Trip ends. Have a good journey and see you again.
